At Best Damn bookkeeping we don't have a random assortment of folks touching your data, and we also don't have just one person looking over your stuff. Every client has both a dedicated Bookkeeper and dedicated Account Manager to ensure your data is entered timely, accurately, and reported correctly.
Weekly UpdatEs and frequent Communication
The pitfall of most bookkeeping is crappy communication. If your bookkeeper sucks at communicating then there's a sure bet that your bookkeeping sucks too. That's why we communicate with every single client every single week, ensuring things don't slip through the cracks and making your life easier by not sending you a monthly list of 50 things we need from you. Nobody likes that.
Monthly reports that make sense
Getting useful data is important, but equally important is getting useful data fast enough that you can do something with it! We strive to get our clients their monthly report by the 10th of the following month, along with a recording walking through the data, so that you have the means to make the necessary decisions to grow your business like the badass mofo you are.
Seamless reporting Designed for decision making
Every month our clients receive an industry specific report measuring them against long term averages of successful companies in their space. On top of that, the reports are “graded” to help you focus on the right areas of your business. We aren’t school teachers though, we are numbers people, so we don’t give letter grades. We simply color code your report red/yellow/green based on your performance over several key time durations to help you decipher where you are winning and where you are losing. Even better, the reporting we offer is interactive, it’s not just a spreadsheet or pdf we send you. It’s a working dashboard that you have access to and can click around and drill down as you like!
